Utilising 3 layers of polyethylene it makes the hull thicker by means of the lighter centre layer. Similar to ɪ an beam the stiffness comes from the two outer layers. This enables the total structure to to be lighter for the same stiffness. All this with the same level of robustness and easy maintenance of single layer polyethylene.
