Compact medical pouch with smart ergonomics. The IFAK Mosquito v2 is an extremely compact yet surprisingly spacious medical pouch, designed to provide quick access to essential medical supplies. The pouch consists of two main parts: -• the base, securely mounted on gear and taking up just 5 MOLLE slots; -• the inner bag, equipped with elastic retention straps for convenient organization of all IFAK components. The inner bag is accessible from both sides, allowing fast and easy reach for critical items in emergency situations. The outer base also features a convenient attachment point for a tourniquet or marker, further enhancing the pouch’s functionality.
